Hortilux Schréder, based in The Hague (ZH), is a major player in the development, supply and application of LED grow light solutions for Dutch and international greenhouse horticulture. To support the success of our growth ambition and further professionalize commercial services to our customers, the Commercial department is looking for a:

Commercial administrative assistant

Your responsibility is to ensure that the order process runs smoothly and efficiently. You ensure correct and error-free order entry in the ERP system and arrange all necessary transport documents, permits and customs matters for export orders. You monitor the quotation portfolio and communicate with the customer regarding delivery schedules. You also support the area sales managers in coordinating, drawing up and following up on quotations. You ensure that incoming telephone traffic is always answered quickly and in a customer-friendly manner, so that we are always available during office hours.

You are a commercial and customer-oriented personality and always strive to ensure that the customer is helped in a timely manner and according to ‘first time right’. To achieve this, you work intensively with the area sales managers, sales engineering and the business office. You ensure that all necessary information has been collected for the next step in the process. You are a spider in the web and keep an overview of providing the right solutions to our customers well, timely and quickly.

As Commercial Administrative Assistant at Hortilux:

You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a commercial environment;

You have at least an MBO+ working and thinking level;

You have a strong commercial attitude;

You know how to work well with ERP and CRM systems

You have an excellent command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written. A second foreign language is an advantage;
